Hi Everyone!! Sorry that it has been awhile since I last spoke with you, but it's been crazy!! I hope that you had a chance to stop in for our Eileen Fisher Trunk Show as it was one of the best we've had in a long time!! What fun we had trying to keep up with all you wonderful shoppers!! Pat Seitz our buyer flew in especially to be with us!! We always love it when she is in the store. The line was so great it was had to choose what to get and some of you didn't take any chances and ordered a wonderful selection with which to build your summer wardrobe on!! Our next event is Caroline Rose on April 20th & 21st make sure you mark your calendars!! In the meantime stop in the shop because Spring has definitely arrived!! Talk to you soon!!
Hi Everyone!! Well it has been awhile since I last posted so I thought I better touch base. We have had a very busy and exciting November! I hope most of you were able to take part in our gift with purchase event and our Small Business Saturday!! Both of these events were a HUGE ( not to sound like a car dealer we all know!! ) success!! It's hard to believe that the holidays are upon us and I hope you are thinking of Danahy's to help you with ALL your gift giving needs and don't forget.. we wrap beautifully and there is NO charge!! Danahy's just finished a very busy and exciting week!! Fall merchandise continues to roll in and we had our very fun and much anticipated Tax Free Days!! But for the 1st time Danahy's participated in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. As all exciting events are, it finished with a Grand Slam Fashion Show Saturday night at the Buffalo Convention Center. I have posted a couple of pictures ( via my phone, so they are not the best) so you could see a bit of what went on and our booth we had there.

This is really my 1st attempt at a Blog, so here we go...... We have so many exciting things happening this Fall it is hard to know where to begin. Living in the retail world sometimes we feel we are out of touch with what is happening outside, because inside we change our seasons quickly and we rarely "live" in the current season. However, Fall has most definitely arrived and we love the colors, fabrics and textures that Pat Seitz (Buyer) has selected for us. Just this month we have Tax Free Days, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Linda Richards Trunk Show and the 20th Century Fashion Show!!
